Invitations: Concert Poster
This invitation set was one of the most unique and fun sets I have worked on this year. Amy and Travis met at one of his shows and they thought they wanted a something slightly more traditional for their upcoming nuptials this summer. That was until we had our initial brainstorming meeting. We always ask couples to bring ideas, magazines or anything that we could gain inspiration from when we meet. Right away I knew Amy and Travis were going to be a fun couple to work with when Amy pulled a wooden buoy from her bag. We talked about their ocean side wedding and their love of music. As were were chatting I tossed out the idea of a concert poster as their wedding invitation…
The couple was looking to have a green wedding, so by designing a concert poster wedding invitation, it’s something their guest will keep and hang on their fridge, office, etc. We mailed the invitation posters in recycled tubes with custom black and white mailing labels and their response card is a post card to use less paper.
This is a turly fun set and very Amy and Travis!
