Favors: Truffles for a Cause
I am currently working with a few couples who are planning on making a donation in lieu of favors. Over the weekend I was doing some research on fun ways we can incorporate the donation information. I found this New England based (they ship all over the country) company called Truffles for a Cause. Their tag line says it all “Tradition Meets Social Awareness.”

The Truffles are made in Vermont by master chocolatiers and are individually packaged for each guests. The truffles are delicately wrapped in handmade lace paper in a 2×2 inch box. Inside sits a small informational card informing your guests that a donation has been made. Truffles for a Cause donates $2.00 for every truffle purchased to the charity of your choice.
I love what they are doing. What a great idea to combine a sweet treat for your guests and with a donation for one of the many amazing charities out there.
