To the “Lost Brides”…
Jillian and I would like to issue an apology. We just found out this evening that we were having issues with our email server and just received several of our form submissions from the past month and a half. This is awful, because we strive to be in touch with our clients within 24 hours after we’ve heard from them. Whether you’re planning your wedding, a shower, or a ladies’ night, we want to help you make it less stressful and more fun. We are not the bad boyfriend who waits a few days after the date to get in touch with you; we want you to know that we’re interested and ready for a relationship immediately! If you find that your online inquiries are not being responded to within 24 hours, know that this is not normal and give us a call. We are sorry for any inconvenience or undue stress we have caused our clients.
