Snail Mail
One of the most fun aspects about working on an invitation set is the outer packaging. I like to think of each invitation set as a little present guests get to receive in the mail. As I mentioned late last week, we worked on a destination wedding set for Lisa and John down in Key West, Florida. Check out how cute their packaging came out!
Each metallic chocolate brown envelope has a pink envelope liner; it’s then stamped with a custom green pelican sticker reading “Lisa & John”. Instead of traditional calligraphy we had each guest’s name digitally printed on pink stock to create wrap-around labels with Lisa and John’s return address on the back. These fun packages will definitely make a statement in the mailbox!
